Due to limitation of the printing process, colours may differ slightly.
 
Shortage, Incorrect Supply or Damage in Transit - Claims under this heading can only be entertained if we are advised within seven days of receipt of goods. All personalised products are non refundable.

Substitution - If absolutely necessary we reserve the right to substitute colours from those ordered.

Administration, Packing and Carriage for orders 

UK Mainland Orders:    
Fedex Standard Next Day - £7.99 (Trackable)

Scottish Highlands, islands, Ireland - £25.00 (Trackable)

Addresses outside of Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) and certain postcodes in Northern Scotland will be more expensive (we will contact you) and will take longer than the times sepcified. Royal Mail Special Delivery may be used for certain postcodes.
