Delivery Information

UK delivery is made using Fedex Next Working Day Service (if you require a Saturday Delivery please contact us) or Fedex Economy (2-3 Day service). We dispatch orders of stock items on the same day if the order is received before 12 noon (excluding weekends and bank holidays) All parcels are trackable.

Royal Mail First Class is available on orders up to £15. This service is not trackable.

ALL PERSONALISED ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS.

Addresses outside of Mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) and certain postcodes in Northern Scotland will be more expensive (we will contact you) and will take longer than the times sepcified. Royal Mail Special Delivery may be used for certain postcodes.

If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.

Do you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver to your place of employment but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security purposes.

Has my order been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. You can request your tracking number by emailing.

I have received an incorrect item on my order?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our sales team sales@rosettesdirect.com. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

I have an item missing from my delivery?

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but it is not, please contact our sales team sales@rosettesdirect.com, who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.
